How to Make Electrolyte Water
Our family is athletic and loves working out—especially outdoor hiking. Our son, Noah, plays soccer and is often busy with practices and games, while I go to the gym at least three times a week. To stay hydrated, we prefer water. After sweaty workouts, in particular, we restore balance by drinking electrolyte water.
Store-bought electrolyte water is expensive and always comes in plastic, so we make our own instead. It’s easy, fast, and costs a fraction of store-bought options.
Reasons to make your own electrolyte drinks:
· Better Ingredients: Store-bought drinks often contain unhealthy additives.
· Easier to Make: Homemade electrolyte drinks are quick and easy to prepare.
· Cheaper to Make: Making your own is budget-friendly.
· Eco-Friendly: There’s little to no waste; we prepare ours in reusable glass jars.
· Delicious: Everything tastes better without additives and artificial flavors!
