you can easily make your own household cleaners by using combinations of a few simple ingredients. You probably already have most of them in your home.
Here are some very common household items that can be used for cleaning:
Baking soda
Lemon
Borax
Soap—Unscented liquid soap without petroleum distillates cleans almost everything
Cornstarch—Shampoos carpets and rugs
Vinegar—Cuts grease, cleans mildew
Essential oils of tea tree, Thieves, lemon and lavender—Tea tree and Thieves oil is a natural antiseptic, antifungal and disinfectant. Lavender and lemon are gentle antiseptics and antibacterials.

Peeping overnight oats for tomorrow’s breakfast after my workout with @jenny_coppin
Here is my recipe:
Ingredients
1 large ripe/spotty banana, mashed
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 Tbsp. almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk
½ vanilla bean: slice open and scrape out seeds
Directions
Mash the banana in a small bowl with the vanilla bean until smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds until combined.
Add the oats, almond milk and almond butter, and blend until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, stir the oats to combine.
Serve with all kinds of fun toppings
