From the \u201cleftovers\u201d which is the coconut meat, I made yogurt last night and it&#8217;s truly amazing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zerowastefamily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/coconut-yogurt.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4293 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/zerowastefamily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/coconut-yogurt-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"coconut yogurt\" width=\"491\" height=\"327\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meat from 4 young coconut<\/li>\n<li><i>juice from 1\/2 young coconut<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>1 tsp agave nectar<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>1 tbs coconut butter, soften<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar or lemon juice<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>2 tsp non-dairy probiotic powder<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Seeds scraped out from 1\/2 vanilla bean<\/i><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Place everything in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Place in yogurt maker or in a warm place and let it ferment for at least 5 hours. (yesterday I could not find my yogurt maker so I put yogurt in glass jars on top of crook pot that was cooking beans) .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Place in fridge to cool it down before eating it.
