WeWood Watch Review

By Fredrica Syren:

When trying to live an eco-conscious life, finding watches made with sustainable materials was a challenge until I found WeWood watches. Get this … the watch is made of wood! My WeWood watch is made with 100% Natural Wood, and is both hypoallergenic and completely free of toxic chemicals, which is a must if I’m going to wear it. What really caught my attention about the WeWood company was that they are environmentally responsible and collaborate with Trees For The Future, Treedom and American Forests and plants a tree for every watched purchased.WeWood Watch

I really like the watch because it’s well made and looks very fashionable and sharp. And it definitely draws attention. WeWood watches are extremely lightweight — only 45g. My watch actually does not feel so clumsy, as some watches do, and I like that since I have pretty small hands. The glass is of scratch-proof mineral, and the wristband is adjustable with a stainless steel clasp. The clasp is very small, so if I were to complain about anything, it’s that the clasp is just a bit tricky to close one-handed.

The watch I wear is called “Date” and has a cute flower pattern.  WeWood is offering 30% off to  Green-Mom.com readers, by using the e promo code WWBF at checkout (good Wednesday November 23rd – Sunday 27th).  And on ‘Cyber Monday’ (November 28th) use WWCF for 30% off.  I think these could make great sustainable gifts for the holidays.
