First day in school for kids so that mean back to normal routines and a weekly menu again. This week I’m drawing inspiration from other food bloggers and having fun trying new recipes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Monday

Beet bourguignon served with roasted potatoes and braised beet greens

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tuesday

Potato nachos with lentil filling served with mango, lettuce and guacamole. Basically, I slice and roast potato slices that has been dusted with garlic, smoked paprika powder and salt. until crispy in a F400 oven.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wednesday

Cauliflower curry dahl served with kale salad and pickled vegetable

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thursday

Pasta buffet: cooked pasta, mixed leafy salad, olives, beans, tomato sauce, pickled red onion

Friday

I’m gone so dad is taking kids out for pizza

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saturday

Vegetable Hash served with tortilla, salsa and avocado

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sunday

Bouillabaisse soup served with garlic bread
