By Fredrica Syren:

This week I’m traveling to San Francisco for the Global Action Summit so the kids and hubby are home alone and this is their menu for the week.  Naturally I have done lots of food prep and lost of kid’s favorite meals which are a chickpea curry with flavors of peanuts and off course my creamy spinach pasta sauce. We have lots of fig growing in our garden so I have prepared a fig tart for them to enjoy.
