I have had kids home sick for the past two week (not same kid) so fingers crossed we’re soon done with disease for this month. When you’re stuck home gives you more time for cooking and nothing taste better than home cooked food when you have been sick and I for one crave colorful and warming food now when it’s a lot cooler outside so this weeks dinner menu reflect that with lots of root vegetables and bold flavors in our meals. Luckily most of our meals are made with a abundance of vegetables and mushrooms that grow on our homestead.
