Our garden is bursting with wonderful homegrown vegetables and we still have some of last seasons harvest left in our freezer so our menu is focusing on eating from the garden, freezer, fridge and pantry and not go grocery shopping for the week.

Lasagna Soup

Tuesday

Potato nachos with lentil filling served with mango, lettuce and guacamole. Basically, I slice and roast potato slices that has been dusted with garlic, smoked paprika powder and salt. until crispy in a F400 oven.

Zoodle Lasagna

Lentil Risotto

Friday

Pizza

Saturday 

Chopped Chickpea Salad

Sunday

Vegan Potato frittata
