It is no secret that I try to buy most things organic, but anyone who does that also should look at the practice of the company being patronized. Just because they sell organic products does not mean they run a waste free or even limited waste practice. I just dislike buying products online only to have them arrive in lots of plastic and unnecessary packaging.
Organic Lifestyle is a great example of a business that not only sells organic and high quality products but also sends them with very little packaging. For instance, I ordered an IPad case for Father’s Day for my hubby. The case is made with cork, which is sustainably sourced and a great vegan alternative to leather. Cork is also durable, as well as water and stain resistant — an extra plus in my book when you have kids. The case arrived wrapped only in a cloth bag. Yay!!!!
