We’re in Hawaii on the Big Island for two weeks for work and family came along. We’re staying in an Airbnb that is an eco-farm with a organic vegetable garden and a fully equipped kitchen so we can still cook most meals at home. Naturally we’re trying to eat as much local food as possible and buy it at the local farmers market.
