Who does not like a fun cocktail at a party? I’m not a huge drinker, but that does not mean I don’t like to sip something fun and refreshing. During my college years I worked as a bartender, and making virgin and alcoholic free drinks was something I enjoyed. Here are some of my favorite drinks, also known as mocktails, with a different kind of buzz.

Watermelon Lemonade Slushy—Watermelon screams summer. Mixed with lemonade and frozen, it’s a kid’s dream — big or small kids☺

Sangria Mocktail—So pretty with lots of fruit, this is a great party drink.

Kombucha Raspberry Mojito—Kombucha is great to serve as a non-alcoholic option but, mixed in a mocktail, it’s amazing — especially in this mojito.

Virgin Mary—It’s classic and a must-have for a brunch.

Bellini—Usually made with champagne and fruit puree, this drink is served before dinner in Italy. I make my own version with kombucha and peach puree.

4 servings:
½ cup chopped peaches
1 Tbsp agave
3 cups natural kombucha
Mix peaches and agave to a smooth puree. Divide puree into 4 glasses. Pour kombucha over and stir very carefully. Serve.
I truly believe that the ingredients do their part but the presentation in fun glasses can make the drink stand out even more.
Other fun non-alcoholic drink ideas are infused waters and DIY vitamin Waters.
