Ahh, spring is here — or at least we’re getting a hint of it. Of course, the Easter holiday is a sure sign it’s just around the corner. Nothing says Easter more than dying eggs with kids, and in my family we use all-natural coloring made from natural ingredients like herbs and spices, which make great dyes. The fun part is that, when using these kinds of ingredients, you never know what kind of colors the end result will be. So you have to be more open as well as patient because natural egg dyes take a bit longer to dry, sometimes overnight.
