Date
May, 09, 2021

Since today is my baking day I also decided to make tasty vegan cheese to spread on the bread. Making soft cheese is actually not has hard as it seem and this is my favorite homemade cheese. This so easy to make and actually taste better the day after when the yogurt and herbs and really blended well. To make this cheese you will need a cheese cloth.

1 32-oz container of plain soy yogurt
3 garlic cloves, bake in F350 oven for 5 minutes and then grated
2 tbs fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
Sea salt to taste
Line a strainer with a cheese cloth and place all the yogurt in there to drain for a few hours or even oven night. When the dripping stops it’s done. Mix the thick cheese paste with the garlic, thyme, parsley and salt well. For best result, let the cheese rest to absorb all the flavors for a couple of hours before
