Come learn how to cook whole-food and plant-based meals that are easy, healthy but also delicious. This class is a hands-on class that provides comprehensive, step-by-step instructions on how to transform fruits, vegetable, whole grains, and legumes into delicious healthy meals. It will cover all the important lessons needed to such as cutting and preparing vegetables; effectively using herbs and spices; cooking without animal products and oil; and making delicious soups, entrées, and desserts.
