ECO-FRIENDLY GIFTS THAT FEEL PERSONAL 💚
For me, nothing says “I love you” more than something made by hand. There’s just something so special about a gift you’ve put time, thought, and care into. It means more than any last-minute store-bought novelty ever could.
Some of my favorite go-to ideas:
Homemade treats, baking cookies, making jam or granola, whipping up a sugar scrub, or cooking someone’s favorite meal. It’s simple, thoughtful, and always appreciated.
I love packaging everything in reusable cloth bags or mason jars, finished with ribbon and little handmade paper hearts. Sustainable and sentimental.
The best gifts don’t have to be expensive, they just have to be meaningful.
What’s your favorite homemade gift to give?

Zero- or low-waste shopping isn’t only for people with bulk stores nearby ♻️💚
One of my best tips when bulk isn’t an option:
Choose cardboard, glass, or paper packaging over plastic.
Plastic can’t really be recycled, but materials like glass and paper actually can be reused and turned into something new ✨
Small choices add up, and this is an easy one you can do anywhere. 🌍

We ditched paper towels and switched to reusable cloth towels.
I keep a stack in a kitchen drawer so they’re easy for everyone (kids included)
They’re sturdy enough that one towel usually handles even big messes.
I use them for dishes, windows, floors, and cleaning—then toss them in the laundry.
Zero waste, money-saving, and we never run out 🌱

Things I stopped buying — and what I do instead 👇
I don’t buy fast fashion anymore.
I use what I already have or shop secondhand when I need something new.
I stopped buying single-use items and switched to reusable options instead — better for the planet and cheaper in the long run.
I don’t chase every new home trend either. I thrift my home decor, reuse what I own, and mix old with new.
All of these changes have one thing in common: they save me money.
And as a bonus, they’ve made my lifestyle more intentional, less cluttered, and more sustainable 🌱
