Here is my vegan cardamom pear cake recipe.
1 /12 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp salt
I cup almond milk
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 medium pears, peeled and diced
Preheat oven to F350. Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix milk and oil in a separate bowl. Stir in wet ingredients to dry. Pour batter into a greased cake pan and arrange pears on top. Bake for about 50 minutes.

Most plastic toothbrushes will end up in the trash eventually. These plastic items represent more than 50 million pounds of waste that ends up in landfills every year. Since they are made from plastic and are not biodegradable, they will remain indefinitely in landfills or — worse — in our oceans, nature or beaches, where they will add to greenhouse gasses and cause more global warming.
My favorite plastic free and compostable toothbrush is @bite
THIEVES MOUTHWASH
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup filtered water
* 1 Tbsp baking soda
* 20 drops Thieves oil
Directions
Mix everything in a clean bottle or mason jar with a lid. Since the baking soda will settle, be sure to shake the jar before each use of the product. This mouth wash can be kept at room temperature.
