As an environmentally conscious woman who likes to wear make up and use other beauty products, I get a little frustrated trying to find cosmetics that I can use without worrying about the toxins they contain and what they will do to me or the planet.
So I was happy when I got to test a couple of products from Beauty Without Cruelty (BWC). BWC has a huge line of cruelty-free vegetarian products for skin, body and hair care, as well as a cosmetics line. This is an ethical company whose merchandise is made with natural, safe ingredients. I really like that they also have a huge range of products that are gluten-free.
Beauty Without Cruelty cosmetics was founded in England almost 50 years ago by trustees of the BWC 
Charitable Trust, an animal welfare organization with a business philosophy that is 100% vegetarian and 100% natural.
I tried their nail polish and lip gloss, and liked them both very much. I did not find the nail polish to have such a strong odor associated with nail polishes. I did, however, feel that the polish come off a bit sooner than I would have liked. The lip gloss I absolutely loved. It was hydrating to my lips and stayed on for a long time.
